Registration Fees
Early bird registration, with a reduced fee, will be available from the opening of the registration period until March 25, 2026. From that date onwards, all registration fees will increase by €75.
Registrations made during the early bird registration period must be paid before March 25, 2026. Payments received after that date will be considered late registrations, and a surcharge of €75 will be applied (equivalent to the early bird discount).
Individuals who process payment through their institution or center must take into account the necessary time for the internal processing of the authorization of the expense and complete their registration with the due notice.
Please note that, in order to ensure the proper organization and viability of oral communication sessions, all participants who have been assigned an oral presentation must complete their registration during the early bird registration period (before March 25, 2026).

Congress registration fees include attendance at the opening conference, welcome cocktail, plenary lectures, scientific sessions, round table discussions, coffee breaks, and meals. It does not include accommodation or dinners, except in those cases where the closing dinner has been selected on April 16.
The excursion fee includes bus transportation for field visits and lunch during the visit.
*Fee reduction:
In the case of students/retirees/unemployed, it will be mandatory to provide official supporting documentation of said situation (student ID, unemployment certificate, pensioner ID).
